The drama has begun!  It started on Friday when a very stong field of players showed up for the Tournament of Champions, including GMs Akopian, Ehlvest (co-winner of the CCA-ChessWise International),  Minasian, Kacheishvili, Ziatdinov, Wojtkiewicz, Timoshenko, Shabalov, and Blatny.

World Open Two-Weekend Schedule -- Then GMs Yermolinsky, Bologan, and  Sagalchik, as well as Anna Khan, showed up to play in the two weekend schedule.  See Results!   And Games!
